Hi Everbody
Next weekend the 28th and 29th August QRASA are holding their state titles at Acusa Pk just outside of Adelaide. So if your looking for practice for the nats this year or looking to add a state title to your resume, this is the place to be racing.Entries are still been accepted so please forward them ASAP to Chelsea 'see details below'.Entries have already been recieved from SA and other states top riders and include Newman,Lindsay,McKay,Gerrits,Watson,VanVliet,Ellis,Hoyle,Knight,Beers,Norris,Milligan,DeBoo,Harris,Acton,Glazbrook,Hendy.
Hopefully long time supporter of QRASA 47 Industries will be filming at this event so polish all the bling on your quad, wear your brightest gear and along with the chance of winning a state title you may also find yourself on youtube as the worlds next hero quad rider.
So make sure you get your entries in,come and compete in what I,m sure will be a awseome event, catch up with your mates and possibly go home a state champion.

Quality catering will be available trackside all weekend.
Camping is available at the track,or there is a huge range of accomadation nearby.
See you all there.

Thanks for all your help with the track prep John. It's a pity you won't be riding...

I live in Harogate (not far from ACUSA) it has been p--sing down. It's not supposed to rain on weekend but I reckon there will be mud pies. Hopefully a "dry" line will develop after the first few motos. At least then my girls (nippers) will be able to "learn" a race line LOL!

do you own a canoe?
not quite that bad but whilst walking the track this arvo Milly decided to walk through some "SINKING" mud and promptly got stuck up to her thighs. This was on the corner between marshall point 7 & 8 but there is a firmer line. She chose to walk the wrong line!!! Another bad spot was on landing of the tree/jump just before the corner below marshall point 2(track exit). Not as bad as I thought it was going to be but I think my girls 50s will struggle!

The video file is now up on the following sites:
www.thumbpump.com
www.xteam.com.au
Race reports and pictures are also starting to appear on www.xteam.com.au.
Thanks to all of the riders and officials for making the event so easy to film. All very casual and well run guy's.
By the way, to the 19 bikes I towed in with the CRC Ranger over the weekend (including 2 can-am's unfortunatelly) my fee was a 6 pack of Corona's per tow...lol
Man, I'm gonna be drunk for a month!
