awesome racing guys... on a great trac, thanx to the guys that traveled to be there and made for some tight racing...
A final
Luke Beechey -1st

Ryan Noyes crashed out in the last heat and missed the final, hope he is feeling better.
Johan crashed out in practice, bit of bad luck, should be good for the QLD titles.
John Thorne and Andy Pearce must of slept in cause they missed racing on Sunday.. or they were feeling a bit sore from Saturday.
Poor Rory Norris crashed in his freestyle practice Friday and his wrist was operated on Friday night, he was back roaming around the track over the weekend and his father Rick saddled up for a heat on Sunday ...... "Rory when you jump freestyle try to land on the down ramp and not past it"

Awesome event , congrats to the winners & competitors, thanks to the organisers / sponsers for putting it together !
gotta confess on the sleep in Ace , we were planning to stay another day and travel home monday but my relief postie cut his finger of with a lawn mower  .
I chose my better judgement and traveled home with Kel today , glad i did ,in the drizzling rain she drove into a pothole the size of a small country 15 km from home and blew a steer tyre.
Looking forward to another crack of that track , whens the next one ? |

Gotta thank Ace for all the work and effort he put into the track! The event was excellent and I am looking forward to the next one! Thanks to all those involved in making it happen!
The A grade final was definately an interesting one for the crowd, with Roycroft and I getting caught up in the first corner, and then Ace, Boothy and Sherlock (I think) getting caught up further in the track. Well done to Beechey and SicMic who ran away with a pretty comfortable 1st and 2nd.
Spoke to Ryan last night. He went to the hospital last night, and see's a specialist today. Lets hope he is back in the saddle by QLD titles! |

I am sure there might have been a few choice words amongst the gathering of 3.
That little pile up...and I think Dickie had pile up 1st corner with Roycroft....threw the race wide open for 3rd onwards

Boothy: Hey gimme some of that Cola flavoured stuff also. Dan I never noticed...nice boots...where did you get them?
Dan: pulling out his banana chair: yeah Boothy...got em the other day off Beechey...sold off my 100hp Banshee to pay for them
Sherlock: Nice setting this...did you see that buggy before...and the freestyle ramp...fully sic bro

Ryan is not in good shape
Broken Fibia in leg,
and maybe a broken T 12 bone in his spine. getting more MRI tomorrow.
i would say he is out for the Qld.

Many Thanks to Ace and the organisers for proving a great weekends racing .
The A final was a lot of fun , unfortunately grabbed a false neutrol and was last in the first corner . Happy to finish 5th in respect to some fast competition.
