ill be there again!!! everyone is right... nothing fun at all about the race..but it is an addiction!! ill bring a bike that will do the full race this time not just 400kms

Good Morning Bike Competitors,
Firstly, thank you for entering in the 2010 Tattersall’s Finke Desert Race last year and we hope you enjoyed the experience. Bike & Quad limits have been raised to a total number of 550 Competitors this year with Quad entries capped at 80. We are hoping that by increasing entry numbers, we can accommodate an extra 50 competitors to share in the experience of the Tattersall’s Finke Desert Race.
There are some important changes in the entry process for the 2011 event and it is essential that you are aware of these changes.
Bike Entries will be opening next week, Wednesday 26th January (Australia Day Public Holiday) at 8.00am Central Standard Time. All entries must now be completed online via our all new website www.finkedesertrace.com.au. This has been done to streamline the process, make it fairer for all and to speed up the turnaround time of your entry. Information on the entry process has been posted on our website in the hope to fully prepare you to enter on the morning of the 26th January.
From the home page of the website, go to the Entry tab at the top of the page, click on Bike and Quad Entries and you will find the following info:
• Guidelines for Online Entry (including payment options)
• Checklist for Online Entry
• Bike, Quad and Outfit Classes
These three combined, will give you all the information required to enter correctly. To ensure your entry is fully complete & accepted upon submission, PLEASE BE PREPARED PRIOR TO COMPLETING THE ONLINE ENTRY FORM.
