Tals confused, she thought the only way to make it bigger was to stroke it,
She reckons if sand works you should do it again, cause I could use a few extra thou.

Looks to me like 750cc of watercooler needing a lift from an airy.
While youve got her all apart Mart it might be a good time to splash a bit of paint around... maybe a colour change? Wink There was a complete set of brand new carbon fibre coloured plastics on ebay the other day. Very Happy

EL is the model u want to buy to replace it.
Two very good things about that model. One, they are cheap. And two, they are cheap.

Now I realise that technically speaking that's only one good thing but I thought that it was such a big one that it was worth mentioning twice.

Looking at that seat it looks flat on the sides like a 3rd gen yet wide at the front like the 2nd Gen. Is that modded to suit the later model fender and earlier tank mate?

Yeh mate i made a alloy mould of what i wanted than made a fiberglass seat pan. Then i bought some seat foam and shaped it with a elec carvin knife. Then took it and got it covered, came out ok but could be better.I like the way you did yours i think im gunna go that path aswell.
