Yes Mick agree He is an aggressive young racer with a mature head, good understanding of equipment with Mech engineering back ground and a good guy,so yes good prospect to sponsor, he purchased the PEP shocks from my KTM and I assisted with technical on the suspension set up,motor ,Goldspeed Tyres etc. ATV PRO plan to assist as much as possible.

A quick thanks to ATV PRO,
5 Days out from Finke i had a small problem with one of my PEP front shocks, a phone call to Len, overnight parts were in Alice, down to Vroomy at Desert Edge, specs emailed and phoned through, had my shock back on 36 hours later, rode down and back no worry`s.
Apart from what we ride throughout the year that`s the 4th time these PEP`s have been down to Finke and back and never given a problem.
Appreciate the support and advice.

interesting to see what wes thought of the race,
this was his quote from ATV riders
Miller noted that there was less terrain variation than is typical of Baja races, but that Finke had its share of surprises. “The whoops are brutal, but it reminded me more of a groomed high speed grand prix course in the US.” He averaged 52.82 mph on his quad, a mere 0.1 mph behind the winner. “The racers there are definitely fast and I feel like they approach the event with more of a kamikaze attitude. I definitely tip my hat to the Aussie riders.”

Just like Day 1, the race track was extremely rough with easily over 40 miles of whoops, which probably would have been better suited for a TRX 450R, but Miller held onto the 700XX to take the finish with McKay in his sights, but fell short of taking the win after a hard charge to the finish.
Miller leaves Australia with plenty of respect for the local ATV racers as they presented more of a challenge than Miller expected heading into the event, but Miller’s 2nd place finish against a field of over 50 ATV entries was an impressive accomplishment in itself considering this was Miller’s first attempt at the Tattersall’s Finke Desert Race, and I wouldn’t be surprised to Miller back in Australia again in 2012 on 450 ATV going for the win.

It looks to me like that riding style might be a disadvantage as far as aerodynamics are concerned.
Imagine how much faster he'd be if his feet were on the pegs all the way

| he was ok, had a little bit of a sore lower back lol, but he still started and finished the finke so he was chuffed, hes now framed one of them shots with his finke spike lol. |
