Any one heading up stocko saturday im thinkin about goin for a run/testing on the 500r for abit see how many welds i can crack in a day lol.I might try and convince dad or my brother to come or maybs kez on the 200x.Im not going to be doing a massive ride because like i said its only just testing stuff and i dont wanna be in t6he middle of bumb fu*k with a broken down quad lol.

Yeah i'll probably come up Saturday, might take my neighbour with me. I gave him a ride a few weeks ago and has been hanging for another ever since.. I'll bring that harness with me too.

sweet fellas sounds good 1 oclock sound good to meet in carpark?? Thanks ben soz mate ive been that lazy with that harness lol ive got that caliper soaking in wd40 im gunna make an air fitting at work an ill put pressure behind it so it slides out.

whats the go mart, i thought you had that thing running smooth as silk? have you been tinkering with it some more?

Yeh she runs smooth as silk with the balancer in it,But i have to redesign the clutch cover and have the outer bearing made into it instead of having it a seperate peice.It keeps comin loose,So ive been rideing it with the heavy flywheel (Trx 250r electrics)And no balancer.Just a cover plate over it lol.The different flywheel in its self has made a huge difference in vibes and is very rideable, but it still vibrates to a point that it annoys me when i know i can have it smmmmmmooooooooooootttthhhhhhhhhhhhh but i just feel like rideing it cause its such a cranky cu*t of an engine lol.That really is the best way to describe 500's and im over lookin at it i just wanna ride so ill go up an play with a few things.Then in the next few weeks ill look at pullin it out again an redesigning the clutch cover at least i know it works and all the hard work is done.
