I did check it out later but it was blocked  with a bank of dirt.I could have got over it on the quad, but that was no gain.Il check it early, thurs afternoon.

| hey redted that trail is that the road u take from the tolls yellow sign of the highway to the sandbowl as u said it has a clump of dirt there??or which trail cause me and my dad know off heaps of trails through there....??.......thanks |

Jamie,thats the one,just looking for a 'short'cut /easy access for trailers into the basin.Its either direct from the main carpark(a bit tight,woopy & 'boggy') or in past the hire bike containers,south along the back of the dunes & in the track that is west of the ship wreck.(a bit 'long' & boggy).

| yeah i know what tracks u r talking about now the tolls way still has that clump of dirt there but u can get over there easy with a quad i've tried it,theres a quicker way to the sand bowl if u don't wanna go along the beach u go in the new estate area in the fullerton cove turn off and right in the right hand rear corner theres a track that leads straight to the dirt track into the sand bowl but i think still they tried to dig some massive holes in the ground so no-one can get in there theres only a track big enough fore a bike to get through there so the only way left is from the carpark along the bumpy track,i would say u would have to go for a ride when u get there to c if its all right for the 4wd to c how far u can get into the sand bowl....................cheers |

| just checked with my dad,u take the dirt track of the beach near the signa it takes u right out into beside one of the water laggons theres only a lil dipper u gotta go through where the tolls sand mining tried to cut 4wds entering that way........ |

| The reason the tracks are being blocked to that part of stockton beach is because toll sands owns the land all the way to pages hill .No amount of beach rego or permits will help you if the ranger cruiser's thru .Once you go over pages hill and down into the basin it's then tolls land.I'd hate to be the one that has to pack up the bbq to do a runner from the ranger or national parks gestapo .Been their done that. |

Got my rec. rego today.
$23 for 03/04 - 09/04.
I wanted it from 06/04 but you had to start the day you do the paperwork and pay. I doubt it would have been much cheaper if I put it off till Thursday the 5th.
Didn't have to pay plate fee as they let me re-use my expired one.
That's cheap insurance I reckon.

| i was at stocko today for about an hour before it started to flogg down rain not many bikes were there i only saw 2 kfx700's the whole sand basin now is all hard sand but it will probable get chewed up pretty easy now,on sunday if its flogging down rain whats gonna happen?? |

i think it was zak from explosive racing on a hyped up drag banshee
