Hey guys, just got home. Man it was a tough race this year. Brutal and punishing with lots of traps just to keep you on your toes.
I had some shitty issues early in a couple of stages that put me back a fair bit but kept pushing.
Real bad luck to Paul with a broken leg and Adrian with a massive stick stuck in his leg. Both guys had to be choppered out.
Heath had two seperate crashes and decided enough was enough. I hear he had massive brusing.
Collin hode a good fast race but had mechanical and tire issues that put him back and Nevile just rode a good clean ride for a podium.
Big thanks to everyone for their kind words and support. Bigger thanks to John Iuliano (streeto) for his massive support and Mick Wormald for crewing and repairing. Without these two guys not much would have happened this year....
And by the way, this course broke Dakar legeng Cyril Desprei, it was that tough.

| Ha boys we got home 2 day 3rd out right (car division) & 1 in class (production based car division) in the AAAC evo Pajero Well done 2 you John you rode a awsum race, I hope paul is doing fine get well soon bud you have DAKAR 2 do 2013 we will be there with you running a ISUZU D MAX you guys made me part of the family look 4 ward 2 hanging out with you all again soon |

Well done to Maggots Col and Nev for finishing.
I've had some surgery and am going to be off my leg for 3 months but I cant wait for next year and it all starts at Condo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ha champ great 2 hear you r on the mend !!!!!! But three months of the leg means the quad has been moded so you can chase the cows & milk them ha
I have picked up a drive in a D-MAX 4 Condo & Safari thanks 2 Bruce Garland bring it on !!!!! any talk soon bud |
