I havent had a chance to get the 86R registered yet so i took the quad, met up with Leigh and went for a ride. I went Saturday aswell, the sand was much better then. I saw Tony Caban out there today too with his 86R.

was a good run up there. haven't been out for a while. C'mon Jye, Mart and everyone else, I say we hit stockton or at least the track

I'll be out there tomorrow on the 86R.  Im gonna try and convince Dad to come along on the quad.

looks good fellas.lee youd be heaps busy at this time of year wouldnt ya with hams and stuff.Ill b up for a ride any time ill only be on a 200x or a 90 though lol.Well if we go the track ill take tha laydown but up stocko ill be on prob 200x geez i need my 250r or the quad goin.I reckon we get a track day goin reel soon.
Looks like your mastering that 450r ben good stuff.

yeah the new quad
gave it good warm up in carpark and then road down lavis lane entrance then i went on the dunes had little bit of slide just getting a feel then i slowed down to a stop talk to friend for a sec then took off in 1st gear easy then gave it a boot and crack noise then slowed to a stall
i havnt stripped it completly but the i took the head off and all the valves are sweet and timing chain looks good and oil was there so im happy with that
i gave the piston a poke through the spark plug hole and it moved freely so could be a bearing or something is snapped not going to touch this myself il pay somwone for this ..its over my head
gearbox feels good changes fine locks up when in gear runs free when in N
hopefully get it sorted in ASAP
