| All most 500 entries on day one again, well that sux ass, not sure if I can go this year, got one engine in quad squad for a full rebuild, brought a complete new frame and bits to fix it, and renewed me msa licence, can't afford the entry fee as yet, hopefully there's one little spot left a little later on left just for me. |

523 accepted and only 50 of them are quads at this point in time, that would be disappointing.
Perhaps we should have been "M" for mature. _________________ JUST DOIN IT |

As far as i know i dont think you do for finke, i will have a passenger though
As for tp i reckon its not neccessary to have a passenger as they dont do anything besides winge that the want to go to the toilet.
I told thomas to piss in his pants but he wouldnt as he reckons he has too much pride. We lost 40sec to his piss stop _________________ 2012 sponsors, Working on it. |

|
Could anyone help out with a fuel stop around the 70 k mark, we had 2 organised but 1st stop has pulled out. Will be a couple of quads and bikes and able to reciprocate the favour at the 150k mark [or there abouts].
The 2nd stop [150] plans to come on down to Finke that night then back early next morning for us.
Cheers,
Hook. _________________ JUST DOIN IT |

Im not heading over this year mate, but the Offroad Cartel lads will be organising a fuel stop for a few bike guys again this year, i know they werent much help for you last year, but Billy Geddes and them are all staying at Stuart van park again, so you could maybe head out with the bike guys and chose the fuel stop place together so you all know where it is? i know they will be more then happy to help out! _________________ Finke virgin for 2011.....

I reckon there are about 5 or 6 guys that are going to have a shot this year Troy Sheridan, Ryan Lancaster, Josh McKay, Matt Stone, as well as Mitch and Jake Van Vliet are probably all likely winners, Stoney got pretty close last year while Troy, coming of a win at the TP300 has been putting in pretty hard. Or maybe Ryan can break the Pro MX'ers curse and be able to win it at his first attempt. Gotta watch the old Red Fox, Smitty might not be old enough for the over 40's yet but I'm sure he'll give some of the young guys a good touch up on the track.
In the Over 40's I'm tipping the legend of Rick Beer will rise again, back on the old quad class winning DS650 from back in the day, I reckon that Beery will only be challenged in class 10 by Bullet, (if he remembers to stop for fuel) _________________
