| haven't posted in a while so i thought i might share what happened last weekend. So me and my friends go up to my farm about 4 times a year and just relax up there and blow off a little steam. because I'm the only one of my friends who have a bike we decided to do time trials seeing how you can't race 1 bike so we are watching my mate do his 2 laps then in the distance i see our new next door neighbour walking down her side of the fence line to see what we where doing ( i had a feeling she was trying to find an excuse to call the cops) and sure enough a few hours latter when we had just got back from the pub i see head lights coming down the drive way (at this stage we had finished riding went into town had dinner and where watching some tv) so i walk outside to see who it was and sure enough the local cop showed up. apparently she called up and told the cops we had extremely loud music, had a really big fire going and where riding a quad bike she made the call at 4pm if it where after 9 i would understand but 4pm if you buy a rural property whats one thing you should expect? motorbike noises... anyway after chatting to the cop for about an hour about anything and everything (awesome cop btw) i asked have you had to deal with her before? he took a deep breath in and let it all out and said yes looking at the floor apparently she has gone along the road and told people to tidy up there front yards because its reducing the value of hers if her property is only with 350 000 i don't think your going to loose much value so next time i go up I'm taking the muffler off the exhaust and bringing my 400 watt PA system up and i hope she likes dub step as a little pay back =) |
