Very nice. Are there many places to ride where you are? What type of riding do you do? _________________

no places at all ben!A friend has 40 acres about 20 mins from my work,he has a motorcross track on it so we went there last weekend, talk about arm pump!He also carved out an oval circuit in another paddock so gave that a crack aswell......I took the kxt out it was fun as.Next time we will take the lot down there and have a 86 tri-z,87 kxt,86 atc shootout! My mate bought a brandnew banshee last week , we fitted procircuits and took that last week aswell, after 10 minutes he was telling me how much hard work it was riding (his first time ever on an ATV) I handed him the kxt,he done one lap and gave it back with a "farrrrk i dont know how you ride these things, its twice the work as the quad!" I proceeded to ride his banshee on the stopper for a hand full of laps, cooked my leg on the chamber(hanging off it like a trike )......those guys have it easy! |

| well today we took the 85 tri-z,86 250r and the 87 kxt out for a run in the forest.....In my opinion the kxt is the best........the engine is by far the most powerful, tons of torque and a ripping topend......it also feels very light. The honda (it is due for a top end in its defence) does feel smoother and less vibratey obviously because of the balance shaft but the kawasaki def feels more like a hardcore racebike and to be honest i like the ergonomics of it.The tri-z has a pretty fresh engine and does get going when you lean on it but it does lack lowend power compared to the other two,it seems to have an abrupt power hit then rockets off.I climbed a pretty steep/rocky mountain on the kxt and although i didnt attempt it on the other two i reckon i would have struggled. |
