Hi guys,
My son is 12 and wants to start racing and social riding with other kids his age. So I have been trying to get some information on junior quad racing in NSW but so far only hit dead ends. Can anyone help me out here? Are there any ATV clubs and tracks that juniors can ride at?

Cheers
Steve

Singleton club lets junior quads / riders ride with no race licence required
It is a family club with a great atmosphere

MX Central not so quad friendly and you need minimum of 6 quads to ride. Again no licence required

As a father of two kids who ride 2 wheelers at singleton I believe they should construct a purpose built kids atv track . The tracks bad enough when juniors on mx 80s are carving up dodging a dozen Pws and Honda crf 50. Then add in 6 or 8 ktm 50s . there's have been a few stacks where kids quads block the track and 2 wheelers have now where to go . Keep in mind the tracks 8 foot wide in most spots .
I will mention it to the committee an see if kids quads could use the grass track in
Paddock next door . I'd love nothing more for a kids atv track cause the kids will have somewhere to ride Santa's present

Thanks guys, sounds like Singleton is the way to go. Are the kids and mx tracks always open to quads or only on special occasions. If I am going to drive that far then I'll be taking my quad too LOL

tracks open usally two sundays per month and ther kids track is open all the time , no timed sessions so the kids can ride non stop
quads most times kick off at 9 am for the first session , and are 15 min sessions, think the most ive evr got in is 4 sessions in one day , does get fairly busy , its a top track for quads but the 2 wheelers tend to rut up the track and chop it out
hope to see you up here

looks like our first trip to singleton will be on the 16th Dec. Just hope that the kill switches arrive in time so they'll let us on the track.

Hope to see some of you guys there.
