Internal bearing puller
You use it to remove bearings evenly without heating and smashing bearing to pieces the ones in the swinger I can't get to without doing damage
And I need to remove collars on other end and I've see on the other forum that they are hard to find so I'd like them to come off properly

Yeah you COULD do it that way.....

Im glad you went with the fat front tyre. I think its one of the "hallmarks" of the first gen.

I like the black wheels too. Are you going to pc the front to match?

Sweet, ive got 2lbs of that red.
$200 sounds good. A mate just got an 86R frame done and it was $150 and he had the same red already aswell.

I snapped the bleeder valve in the caliper, then snapped an easy out in the bleeder valve, then snapped a drill bit off in the easy out.
I ended up replacing the caliper. It had just been fully polished and rebuilt too so I feel your pain mate.

eek Laughing
I'm going to file some flat sides on whats exposed of the bolt and get a set of vice grips on..
Most of my bolts look very tired and flogged
Think I might just get that big stainless bolt kit that's on eBay like yours Ben

Lol im feelin your pain richie.Try being on the top of a tanker on the side of the road in the middle of the night an it happens Evil or Very Mad

Mate seriously i think your best bet would be to get a dremmel with a tiny cutting disc like the size of a 20mm peice.or similar cutting tool.
Then cut the tiny tack welds on the sides of the nuts that hold them to the frame then just put a bolt right through with a new nut so really its doing the same thing just the nuts arent held there with weld.Best way i think that youll get by without marking your powder coat because obviously you wont wann heat it etc and youll never drill that easy out.Although could you try from the other side to drill an re easy out pulling the bolt all the way through (like would there be enough bolt to to that??)why did it snap was it wrong thread or it just tightened for no reason. Oh and this is just assuming honda did tack the nuts to the frame on the 82's i know they are on my 84.

Really sucks when bolts do this (They werent stainless were they?)
