Hi there all,
Well, after getting the heads up about this when Memphis posted about it in the trikes for sale sticky, then taking the 6 hour return road trip to check it out and find that it was not as described over the phone and that it had a cracked frame, doing the goo and comming home jumping on here and having a winge about it, then having Banshee 250r tell me to pull my head in, stop winging and buy a new frame or have it fixed, stewing on it for a couple of days and then receiving some great advice from Oldrodder on how best to source a new frame from the US, I took another 6 hour drive this morning and brought this home for $1600 and he also chucked in a spare tyre!! 
A bit of a group effort I reckon, so thanks all for the help and advice.
So now let the parts collection for the resto begin!!!!!!
