Hi All
Finally got the trike registered
$417 for the year, wow what a joke
but where is everyone? no quads apart from the tour groups, and i was the only one ridding a trike.
Given all the rules on where to ride and how fast you can ride is a bit of joke. I remember not that long ago you could ride anywhere.
I was just told today that your not allowed to ride at night? is this true!!!
Does anybody know if the gates ever shut at lavis lane?
What has the place come to...

My quads and trike are now covered in storage and will probably never see sand again, how sad for the people and business's in the area. Once a month i would come up for the weekend with a group of mates, we would easily spend up to $2000 in the area (pub, restaurants, accomodation). They were good times, now nothing

Yeah there is a fair few restrictions there now, there still is a lot of people that ride tho.
You can't ride at night anymore.
They shut the gates whenever the beach front is shut ie; after big storms and when they want to work on the access.
The access at the new estate at fern bay looks nearly done, That leads straight into the RVA.

if you cant ride at night whats the point by having lights as a requirement when applying for a conditional rego?
is the entrance for beach access open to the public at fern bay

stockton is still very much alive for riding. Im there every second week with atleast 5 or 6 bikes.
Big ride this sunday if you want to come along and looks to be atleast 12 bikes riding.
as for the gate i dont believe it gets locked unless they are doing work on the entrance and what not so night riding shouldnt be an issue besiides there is the other access anyway which you can ride straight through no issues |

I had issues today with the electrical side, if i get it sorted i will be happy to join in. done 2 spark plugs and have no idea why.

You got ripped off with the rego mate.
They should have marked it down as being a 2 or 3 wheeled cycle. It's cheaper than a 4 wheeler ATV.
Mines 50 for 3 months.

Its got something to do with third part insurance these days, most of the cash was on that 300+.. how did you get yours for 50 for 3 months, as i question the 4 to 3 wheeler, and they told me its all the same got rego done at the terrace.

Most of my rego is 3rd party too.
It's not the same. You paid for a atv/quad.
East Maitland then renewed at Cessnock .
