Hi all, just want to let you know i am promoting a stadium race at the RNA Showground in Brisbane on October 6th this year.
The venue is booked and we will be running stadium trucks, buggies, 4x4's and a quad class for all you racers who want to race in front of thousands of spectators and maybe some TV coverage.
I will post some more detailed info about the event in the next few weeks.

Dave,
What do you mean by a stadium race? Are you talking about flat track oval type stuff???

Yep dave, definatly book me in for that one, they used to run that format in newcastle with the stadium trucks and it was awsome. It was basically a oval type of track with jumps nothing too full on.  |

| For all of you who are unfamiliar, stadium racing is an off-road event on a man made track in a stadium (showground or speedway). The track will have some jumps (not huge) and left and right hand corners. Come and watch as it is a great night of entertainment for the family and will hopefully help quadracing grow even more. | Had a friend who built the tracks for Newcastle and Parramatta (Speedways) and they ran quads there years ago when it was a yearly event. Tracks were always pretty quad friendly (I've jumped bigger on trails) so worth a trip for any skill level. |

The Stadium Offroad Super Series in coming along well with alot of interest from competitors and spectators, it is going to be a huge event.
This is going to give quad racing some great exposure. At least one race on TV (Speedweek and Foxsport) and some on 4wdTV.com
The age limit is 16 for this race.
I am looking for some key level 3 licence officials to help make this happen in the Brissy area, MXRS Race secretary, MXCOC Clerk of the course, MXSC Scruitineer, and a MXM Chief marshall. You can call David on 0428421123.

I have been appointed by M.Q. as the M.A. Steward of this meeting and I am also in a position were I can secure the services of any of the officials that you might require to run this event. Please let me know what, and how many officials that you need and I'll put you intouch with all the right people.

Yes, if this one goes as planned we will be having a series of at least 4/5 races in different states. QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC and possibly SA if we can find a suitable venue. We have started www.stadiumoffroad.com and will build on this as we go. The quad sup regs are still being worked on.

Hi Dave
I have secured the services of the "Senior Key Officials" that you requested, they are as follows:-
Clerk of Course Chris Lucas (Level 4)
Race Secretary Katherine Rumble (Level 4)
Chief Scrutineer Kenny Croucher (Level 4)
I would also recommend the Qld Flag Marshals League for you
flag marshalling duties (These were the guys that we used for the Qld Quad Titles last year)
