Yes im at it again that Tecate has been begging me for months to get started on it so its with gusto i have begun.I have to say this thing came apart quicker than a stolen WRX in a Lebo chop shop not one rusted or stuck bolt including the dreaded swingarm pivot bolt, less than 2 hours totally stripped to the frame so she is off to the powdercoaters this week for a coat of blue.

Nah no green....acutally the frame is silver from the factory but im going for a match with the blue on the factory shroud decals i think with all the new plastics etc a green frame will be too much,i will upload some pic's tomorrow Photobucket seems to be down and the moment.

I think blue should look good Cool .
It will match the colour of that busted arse milk crate that always seems to play a major part of your trike restorations Laughing .

Frame came back today and Cliff and the boys at Prostrip Rehead did a awesome job, frame, footpegs, shock linkage arms and engine mounts in a sweet coat of space blue which matches the blue on the new decal kit.I also sent a heap of parts to be bead blasted today(triple clamps, radiators etc so they will be back tomorrow for assembly plus picking up a heap of brand new bolts to replace some tired rusty looking ones to complete the job, here's some pics eek

Dosent taste like chocolate but smells like a highjack..... Crying or Very sad

Rear suspension link had bushes that are really hard to remove so i had it bead blasted instead and painted to match the swingarm.
