Hello any NT riders out there. This folder is pretty quiet. Hows riding in the NT. Not to bad in katherine. The motorX track is quickly going to "profanity removed" for quads though.  |

As for my battle scars, check out the below pics, they were taken last night after I got home from the day, it's prolly 10 times worse now...
Sorry bout the quality, took them with my phone to send to mum and give her a heart attack.........hahahahahahaha

hahah go the honda!!!! nah it was a good day for all on our first enduro..sucks how shane and towny didnt finish the day but i enjoyed every bit of it!! the second enduro meeting was a dissapointment tho...absolutley sucked (sausage)...to many "profanity removed" anti quad people in the club and the enjoyment ended up in our dissapointment...thumbs down to all that had a say in us not racing...glad to see where my membership fees are goin..someones pocket aint empty

| Boys Boys Boys. I thinking seriously bout bashing the racing up the clubs ass. Had enough of the crap. I will still use the track as I'm still a paid up member but as for the rest of it I just cant be bothered. Think I will focus on trying to get this quad muster happening. |

nah noddy..i reckon u should still race!!! come on man!! if u diont it will only be me n shane just about!!! if he gets better!!! but yeh we need to geta few more races in for the year !!
and me n u should get out there and make some more movies...it would be nuts now there ur gettin heaps better and the track has a few better jumps!!

I went down to ride the weekend of the kath show last year and when I got there they cancelled the quads!
do they want quads?

Mate generaly like most things it is a small majority or wankers that wreck it for us. They said no worries for enduro, then the so called bad ass really really good motoxers said oh no we wont race with quads they kick up to much dust and we cant get past on narrow tracks. So at the moment I have said they can bash it. I wont be helping out with marshalling track markimng etc until we can run in the enduros. DOnt get me wrong there are some there that are happy for us to ride.
The guys across at the supercross track are more then happy for us to ride with them and have said they will build us a flat track as well. So this year when my quad is back together I will be seeing them.

I ride a scrambler 500 not a real racer but good alrounder for kamfari as well as the thumper series. My 10 yr old rides a 90 predator and my 5 yrs is on a 50cc but my 3 years old is trying to boot her of it. The other half rides a scambler in the Kamfari and an Outlaw in Quads and he has has a tc 510 husky and a te 610 husky.
thinking of doing finke for the experience this year
did you know the masters in alice had a quad section for the scrambles? so I intend on going in 08
I know what you mean about the 2 wheeler attitude - thats why he started riding quads - to increase the numbers! The top end motocross club wont let quads near their track!
It's hard to get a women's quad class going when there isn't "enough" for the open quads. Finke organisers will not even consider a womens class for bike let alone quads as the alice chicks are tough! I think the reason why there isn't enough quads is because of the crap some bikers give us.
Last year we allowed farm/4x4's to ride in B class and the B class was bigger than the A grade (racer quads). however this year wil be a bit different as some of the guys traded up to racers... We have fitted a few smokin performance exhausts to some of them.

aya's last frontier riders 
will be headin up to Darwin 25th may for a week, father in-laws 70th 
.
looks like I'll just missed the kamfari
any other events or show's on that weekend 26th may or 2nd June
.
i'll be itchin for a ride
may be able to borrow a dirt bike from the outlaws
any-one hire sports quads up that whay might do a bit of a search
.
anyone keen for a ride or maybe lend me their spare bike for the nominal currency of course

Hey Mate
Bummer you will miss the Kamfari - but why now enter the comp - apparently 20 entries so far - so 1 out of 20 odds is pretty good!
No one hires quads or bikes that we know off due to the insurance $$$. How ever ring this guy at Smokin Trailers - Graham 0437294499. He is bike/quad mad and does ride as often as his job allows and he will fix you up with a ride or something
