| Hi all just joined AJS motocross club and just wondering if anyone on this forum is a member or a concidering joining for race or fun.I'm in for fun but we'll see how long that lasts. |

| It cost around $250 for a year which covers maintence,canteen and facilities.But for that you can race in a controlled enviroment thats legal and you can get a key to the gate that lets you ride pretty much all year round except on maintence days.I think for fun and race thats great.A proper MX track and on race days its fully smooth off (like a dream to ride on). |

What classes do they run for quads and how many quad memebers are there?

The 3 metro clubs in Perth that accomodate Quads are
AJS
Coastal
& BSAHDMCC
Coastal has 3 classesof quads and 7 classes of Solo's each club day, Seniors, Blasters and 90cc
The women run within the seniors but are scored seperately.
Theres about 18 Blasters, and about 6 x 90cc
AJS can have anything from 2 riders to 20 riders. Quickstarts at AJS in February, will see riders from all clubs race there.

I have been toying with the idea of doing a bit of racing again, but I'm a bit out of form so I was looking to do a bit of clubman stuff.

| well if you join you can practise everyday.At the moment you've got til 19th of jan to practise then there is track mantaince until first race on the 17th feb.The track is rough at the moment cos of no maintance but still fun to ride and work on fitness.i was there today and thursday atc |
