well peoples
the group that did turn up had fun as usual . someone has installed posts and wire cable in an attempted to keep us from the basin . alas someone has taken it upon themselves to pull down a post and a couple of strands of cable .
never- the- less we took the oppertunity to go right on in , it was that hot we had a splash in the lagoon . Jamie as usual will post the pics

Well that sounds ok, atleast the rangers cant nab ya if its privet property and not national parks, have ya's seen rangers over there or hear of anyone being asked to leave the area before? few of my mates were out there long weekend not long gone and said there was a bunch of guys there that build water ramps and rails and stuff and had a winch system that ran the length off the lake thing for wake boarding or alikes, did any of ya see this or catch any pic's, sounds good,

Mick...

I ventured into the basin yesterday and was warned by NPWS to stay out or have your plates removed and also be fined.
There was about 6 other trikes up there yeasterday but we stayed over in the area "allowed" with all the unregistered beach buggies, pit bikes and about 200 4 x 4's, half of them bogged on the road in.
What a great traffic jam.

Hey boys my partner (KFX 700) and I (Banshee) were at the bowel 16, 17 and 18 and never seen any rangers must have been lucky if thay shut the bowel that will be "profanity removed" as most of the best hill climbs finish in the bowel area. We need to get our "profanity removed" together and start ralling our concerns.

If it is privet property around the basin then the national parks and wildlife have no authority there anyway, they cant make ya leave, does anyone know for sure if thats privet property?

Hey Stock as a Rock I have been told by an employee of Toll Sand that it is there land. The whole bowel area right up to the ridge where Pages is and all the way along to were the Lavis lane entrance is including the dredge area all the way down to the Pit and including the Lagoon. I have been told Ranges have no authority there and the worst that could happen is you could be charged for tresspassing. I have also been told Toll Sand dont care if we ride there as long as you stay away from the Pit and the dredging area. It strange I have ridden at Stockton hundreds of times some times with a permit and other times with out and have never even seen a Ranger. We dont park at Laves Lane so I suppose thats why.
