| If you want to give your body a floggin go up there for sure .Rode on the weekend there was 10 of us. Did 6 15min run over the day and feelin every musle aching now. Had a ball recommend everyone try it at least once. |

pics of the track yes ,ill have to ring up and get them , to sore now .
ps tony mitch completed all 15min 3 rounds . some packed up and left ,after 3 or 4 laps 2nd round ,no heart. |
