ordered one from good ol' hardimans 5months ago and still waiting. anyone got one to sell or swap?

| Why don't you just Polish up your original alloy rim? All you need is paint stripper and autosol. Get yourself a calico polishing wheel for you drill and there you have it . Should take between 1 - 2 hours and your rim will be shining like a mirror, and you can do it with your tyre still on the rim. I think you will find all the shiny front trike rims are done this way and not chromed. Chrome is usually for steal and not alloy, dont think you would really want a steal front rim. |

i ordered the polished douglas anyway, not sure why i said chrome.
well thats the way i'll go then, didnt realise it was so easy to polish the goldies up. thanks PC |
