Is it possible to setup RSS Feeds for this forum so we subscribe to them in our browser so we can quickly find/see new posts without having to login and browse the forum. This feature is activated on the dualroost.com forum which is a pretty neat feature.

Excellent idea!
You can now access RSS feeds by clicking on the RSS icon in the Address bar in various browsers.
If you can't see the RSS feed icon, you can use a URL similar to:
http://www.ozatv.com/forum/rss.php?atom&f=18
to create your link. In this example, 18 is the forum ID for Site Suggestions & Administration.

Where better to find it explained than wikipedia...

Basically, RSS will let you bookmark a page that will show you the latests posts on the forums, or if you get tricky, a specific forum - all without having to log in to the site to see if there's any new posts.
