Well some low lifes broke into my garage and took a brand new Mongoose Mountain Bike,and get this 2 LIVE SNAKES from their enclosure a Bearded Dragon and a Frill Neck Lizard,then they must have taken that load to the car then came back entered the house and stole our wallets from the dining room THEN proceded to go into my kids bedrooms while they slept and steal IPODS and digital cameras etc !!!!! 2 males with a torch and my eldest daughter heard them using the term "hey bro dont go in there" she pretended to be asleep then lept up and went nuts at them,fight or flight instinct cut in and all i heard was her screaming like hell had broken loose(all this at 1.30am) i got up and run towards her room but they made an escape on foot,unbelivable term of events,and i hear u say did the cops come, yeah they did 2 women who were less than enthusiastic,fingerprint guy ?? well i anit seem him yet they must be at the donut shop perhaps.
Lesson guys i live in a very quite cul-de-sac in a pretty good suburb and this happened,take no-one to your garage for any reason,always lock the doors and even get more latches with pad locks and trust no C%$T unless you know them very very well,i was extremely lucky no trikes or the Pilot went but im making my castle a god damn fortress today and for the record i do own a rifle,legal that is and im now prepared to use it to protect my family whatever the cost, so if these people or any others try this again i will do what has to be done and ask questions later !

Is that the CBRA John ? i like it. Seriously its freakin unbeliveable the way these guys were in my house and not for a short time either im now finding more items that have gone and or been moved to a position to grab on the way out, my son Erik is devasted he waited all year for that Mongoose 08 model and now its gone, i hope one of the snakes they took chokes these "profanity removed"*ers to death while they sleep,that would be a fitting end for bottom dwellers that refuse to work for what they want and just steal it for a living !

Thats bullshit. If you havent got a dog, get one. I have people over my place but I always have to tie my dog up, hes a german shepherd X staffi and doesnt like people much. I have a vintage bmx bike collection (as well as an ATC200 & yammy 350 Q) and i dont take any chances.
We have never been done over, touch wood. |

Thats exactly what im thinking Dave to take snakes is a bold move, i think they were the original target and the other items were a bonus but now they have all my identity,license,medicare care card,credit cards etc etc so ive had to shut all that down today and of course they know my home like the back of their hand,were selling up soon and moving.
Oh that other question, its a .22 calibre.

That sucks Tony, especially when they have knocked off your kids stuff and your pet snakes .
I had someone break into my shed a while back, luckily for me they tripped over all the crap I had lying on the floor and woke up our dog and the neighbours dogs.
I hope someone does what our mate feralkid suggested and puts a decent bit of lead in the fudgers........

When I lived in brisbane some "Bros" rolled the neibours house twice. I could never understand why my place wasn't knocked off as it happend to other houses in the street too. All I could put it down to was muttley living in the back yard. Got rest her soul.

Make sure you get the kids involved in the security upgrades in your house mate. Who knows what they think now before they go to sleep at night.

Thats a very good point, no one was hurt considering they where in the house while you and your family where sleeping, It doesn't ease the pain I know, But it could of been much worse.
But the SNAKES!!!!....... anyone with half a brain would keep away from your place knowing they are inside!!! ...GEEZZZZZ

Its the particular breed of snakes they took,very rare and very expensive, i think its only a matter of time and they will surface you just cant sell them to anyone and ive put out a lot a feelers across the snake guys.

as shagger said. dont let your anger aid these low lives , frankly I would edit the above message. and I certainly wouldnt talk about the survailence actions. if you have a picture of the snakes, post it up. a mate is into them and the more people who are looking the better.
Your snakes have probably been targeted, so wont come up for sale. |

The thieves are obviously stupid.
They should have grabbed the trike first
And they would have easily deserved a 22 warning shot through the head for that.
Creeping through the house at night, and disturbing the kids...
That one deserves a fait worse than death.

sorry to hear that. keep a eye on your daughter im sure thats deep in her head now what she has expreanced..but at the same time what sucks more is you will make your house a little jail(keeping it locked up) just to keep yourself safe!!! when they should be the ones behind bars not you.. good luck getting your stuff back..
