That used to be my mates Trike. He built it up out of a wrecked heap and spent about $8000.00 on it, he replaced every single nut and bolt. It was heaps better than what it is now, he spent about 12 months building it and sold it after 2 rides. He sold it to a bloke at nelson bay for $5500.00. A year after he sold it I saw it for sale again so we went and had a look at it and the guy had sold off all the best bits, Brand new plastic (not maier), Durablue axle, Douglas rims, and much more. The guy wanted the same money as what he payed for it so we had a test ride up his street, gave it back to him and reminded him who he got it off, laughed at him and went home.
That is a good Trike, I wonder what he payed for it? |
