Went riding for a few hrs today there seems to be long poles all over the beach and where there mining the sand they have marked out a decent size area that there going to mine which is suppose to be part of our desinated area,so once they fence it all off its prob only going to be a gap of about 200metres im guessing from the water front to there fence which isnt much.... 
anyhow heres some pics today
and some pics from last saturday

Yep the white ploes mark the boundary of the gazetted RVA. Inside legal and covered by your CTP insurance outside not. BORAL Land is freehold and not part of the park.

All we need to do is get the 4 x 4's out of our limited RVA area, or alternatively give us a bit more RVA area with some dunes and things like what we used to have.
Why can't we at least get all the way back to where the 4 x 4 track comes out all the way to the beach. Even a bit of the HIGH DUNES would be lovely. |

There's no reason why we couldn't have the dunes all the way to Tin City. 4x4's hardly go in those dunes! I have no interest in going there anymore.

Exactly, well I will not be going there unless I have too...
The changes have definately thrown me off a re-visit....I am not going to bother getting rec rego now....
Sounds like only a good place for an excavator now...
I might take the 4by there, but no real use taking a bike if there is stuff all area to ride in... what a waste
