Hi 4 stroker, yes they are of an 06 and they are in excellent condition. By the way my Banshee is absultly flying with the T Rex top end on it for $3750 I could not have invested the money better. I also got the HDUSA front end and I am more than happy with it. One of ther advantages of the T Rex is the adjustable powervalves you can wind then in for more bottom end and wind them out for mor revs and top end. Its kind bought the Banshee out of the dark ages. It even runs smoother and sounds different.

I am just using my stock stroke to give displacement of 392cc. If you stroke it, it is only 10% of your totall horspower increasing depending on what crank and what cylinder you use. To get just 10% increase was not worth changing the crank and if I did do that you would be mad not to go to a 72mm bore then you need to machine the cases out to 80mm to accept the big cylinder. I suppose the sky is the limit. What I got for my money was excellent value 35mm Pwk's with K&N's and outwares covers including the billet fuel tap and the T Rex topend fitted for $3750. The thing absultly cracks it can wipe out piped 700 raptors by 3rd gear and completly smashes 450's. By the way the HDUSA front end is +2+1 for Banshees and handles real nice.

I have been in Newcastle for the last 5 days putting the shee through its paces. Lads I cannot get up on the weekends as I work and the money is way to good to come up even for a weekend I am more than happy to hook up Tuff As but it would have to be midweek. By the way who did your motor and how much. 4 Stroker JMC put the motor together and the $3750 included labour if you put that kind of money into a 4 stroke you would not even get a sniff of my fumes.

yes in straightline it wouldnt

money on the 4 stroke on a motox track every time

.... just a question you got the front end setup on the banshee does that mean you are looking to do motox with it or what type of racing maybe??

if so let us know how it goes against less modified 4 strokes/2 stroke motox set ups interested to see is all no pun intended at all would just be interesting to see if the banshee with alot of power like that can get it down on a track enviroment and not just break out traction alot

it should be alot easier to ride with the powervalves and generally more power everywhere, shouldnt have to shift as much!

i dont know what the stock stroke or even 4mm trexs are like but my mates 7mm only had about 180 degrees ex timing, which is pretty tame! still made alot of power though...

not saying it will beat 4 strokes though on a mx track, especially if its still in the banshee chassis!

yep would agree with the chassis issue

just curious as way the stockton debate and issues are going you guys are either going to have to buy land or go racing or sell up up nsw so thats why i asked about suspension on bad banshee's banshee

Lads I have already put it up against less modified 2/4 strokes and it walked away especialy out of the hole. It is alot better to ride when dragging when it was stock it would want to wheelstand all the time now it lifts the front wheels about 1.5 ft off the ground and just lauches lifting the front wheels and spinning at the same time totaly controlable and excellent to drag with. I think the +2+1 a arms may have a small effect placing the front wheels a bit further forward. Folks this is a dune weapon period and never goes on a mx track. I beleive the Banshees really shine on the dunes and its where they are the most at home. By the way Dasa make the Trex and the Trinity racing cylinders from what I am told.

Hi Darren, you know the cylinders for the TRex and Trinity are made by Dasa USA. The only difference between the two is Trinity put a chrome bore on the cylinder which is no real advanatge except the bore last longer. But if one nips up you could be up for $700 to $900 to re-chrome the bore where with the Trex you just rebore it. Also the power valves are billet and the parts are only availble in the USA. With the Trex they use Seadoo power valves and the parts are available in Australia from any Seadoo dealer. I know one thing Trinity now how to charge let me tell ya that they are way over the top. Go the Trex I say. Next time I am in Newcastle Ill come over for a chat.

TUFF AS appears a little reluctant to tell us who done his motor and for how much. If I am thinking where he got it done I know he paid a lot more than I did. No bull intended TUFF AS just being straight forward.
