When you say do it up do you mean rebuild it top and bottom ?
If so i would first gather the parts required so you know what they cost and wont pay any middleman charges, you have a watercooler R if i recall.

1/ ATV Heaven NSW can supply the full gasket kit for approx $50

2/ Get a complete bearing and seal kit from US ebay,i just picked up the same for $115 shipped. This is the seller i used and the kit was here in just over a week http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230148721460&ssPageName=ADME:X:AAQ:MOTORS:1123

3/ Piston and rings can be supplied in OZ by SERCO in QLD or Cassons in NSW (these are parts wholesalers) or you could go OEM Honda.

4/ Do some research on who does 2 stroke rebuilds in your area, maybe call some of the MX clubs and ask who they know or if you are using a shop get a firm quote in writing first, one of the best motor cycle engine builders lives here in NSW and works from home so a shop is not always the only option.

Anywayz let us know who you get on.

Yeah Tony I was thinking of doing it top to bottom. Also I wanted to do the gear box for more top speed. I was thinking of trying to get about 140klm's top speed.
I will source as many parts as I can and ebay has been a good source so far.

For more top end speed you would need to have some porting work to the cylinder and a larger carby installed also an aftermarket pipe, then the gearing can be changed to obtain more top speed by changing sprocket tooth size, that sort of thing.
What you need to look at is the type or riding you do, having all top end with rob from the bottom end and ruin the trikes full potential.

The trike is a 86 250R, which I have 2 motors for so one will be for top speed riding which out here I do alot of. Salt lakes and open tracks, the other motor for jumps and short courses.

So why would you make smart arse comments if you do not know what you're commenting on. The members on the 3 Wheelers section take pride in being a group with a common interest and, as Aussie has shown, we are all eager to help each other. We accept that not all of us are experts (like you seem to be) and together we can usually help each other keep their rides sweet.

On a lighter note, the gasket sets are also available from the same ebayer that sells the bearing kits. if shipped together should set you back about $20. Those guys are doing different combo's with bearings, seals and gaskets.

I used to have a US90 that could do 140KPH. It was out to 360cc though.
