Well, was a ripper day, i would say between 50 to 100 bikes there at its peak.
Wasnt able to bring my bike along as i blew the motor the day before, but i was on my better halfs LT-R still having a ball
Was a large crowd gathered by about 11 aswell watching etc.
Alot of very cool/fast bikes there. I'll let everyone else argue who was the fastest, but i have to say there was a particular banshee that i didnt see get beaten once, even giving the rest of the field a near half track head start........
If anyone got any pictures put them up so we can see. |

| big day we got there around 830 and saw the carpark nearly full and no bikes hanging around , a good sign, got our bikes off rode around a while and turned up at the lake around 1030 and just watched what look like waves off bikes turn up easyly more than 50 quads plus a good 5 or 6 trikes and three ploits . I must have done at least 20 runs and the banshee was clearly the fastest thing there as the day when on it was good to see the lines off people watching even the 4wds lined up it a shame we didn't get a group shot . I wonder how many people are looking for upgrades now : |

 |
|
Hi all, This is my first post! What a rage on the sunday of the long weekend at Stockton. Spent a bit of time at the drag races in the basin. First time up to Stockton in 3 years (unforgivable). My mate and I were on our 20 year old Suzuki LT500R's that we've had since new! I was surprised and pretty chuffed that I was able to better most of the latest machinery up there. The ones I couldn't catch seemed to be chock a block with expensive genetic modifications anyway. Coming from Sydney, we'd almost (only almost!) forgotten what a great bunch of guys and gals hang out in the quading world - and they were there en-masse on Sunday. Thanks everyone who was there for reminding us how great our sport can be. Again soon!!!! _________________ Suzuki LT500R 'QuadZilla' - as strong & as pretty as the day it rolled out of the showroom - my baby since new! |

It was a great day out,and I have to say that I have never seen so
many people in the basin.
Next time we organise another meet, I think we need to get together
and chat so we know who is who... _________________ TPA
