I'm chasing a glass housing light for a 85250r ,are 83/84250r the same.
Any advice or info would be appreciated. |

Hi Dowlo, 85 headlights are different to 83/84 as these are all one unit, in my 86 I replaced stock unit with xr 400 headlight perfect fit size wise, bearing in mind I had to glue it in as brackets werent compatible, maybe if stock one not available to you try and closely match it with a later model one. Mine cost me about $40 brand new, not sure what a stock one is but sure it would be more. Cheers Stu.
