Sounds good doesnt it!!!  Me and Jamie recently participated in a DVD tree on an American trike forum (airfoolers.com) where in order to get a copy of "The Blackwater '85" ATV/ATC race DVD all you had to do was get a copy of it sent to you and burn 2 copies for 2 other members who wanted to participate and send them on, then they would do the same and so on and so forth till everyone had a copy. It was easy and also a success.
This has led to the question, Why dont we do this with more trike DVD's?
Well, as far as i know there isn't more out there. It seems the only trike related material around anymore is either on a forum, a small clip on YouTube which we've probably all seen a million times or Trike Central (God bless you Tony).
So who's keen on making a New Trike DVD? Im sure its gonna take time and a bit of work but if we all bring to the table a little enthusiasm, some ideas and some of the other important factors in making a DVD like camcorder, editing software and capabilities etc, I think this just may work! What do ya's reckon and what can you contribute?

This is an awesome idea im def in on this project Ben and we can do a feature on "the making of" in Trike Central.

I just talked to a friend of mine who works in I.T and he's willing to get me the Abode Premier and After Effects editing program. I have no experiance with editing or digital film but if someone else does and they're willing to work on this project i could get this program for them!

sounds great, i have just purchased a 48 degree wide view helmet cam which i should have at the end of the week. can get some really good shots with this, also have a digital video camera and tripod which i would be more then happy to video tape a few ridders.

Sounds like fun,I've got some footage that may be of some use thats been taken over the last year or so.
Its not the worlds best trike footage but I think with a bit of editing it might
be something to start with.
I'm sure there would be others out there with similar videos that we could use bits and pieces of.
And of course the stuff we haven't taken yet sound like a good excuse to all get together for another big trike day.......  .....

Thats so awesome!!! With the Aussie Trike Crew, Aussieduner Reproductions and Third Wheel Productions this is gonna be so sweet!!! I was hoping you'd be keen Grant because i remember you filming at Trikefest. Kyle that would be great if you could do some filming too mate.
The more footage we can get the better. I think once this is finished, being involved in this project is going to be the envy of trikers everywhere, not to mention it will be casting a fresh light on triking and maybe even giving it more exposure.....good exposure. Im so happy everyone is as enthusiastic about this as i am. Good stuff.

Hi guys just a quick question are all you guys registered for the beach, or do you take the chance.
Im having problems trying to get in touch with the bloke who sold me the trike, i didnt worry about a receipt, so i dont have proof.
to get it registered, any help would be good.

Do a stat dec that you are the owner and RTA should process your application OR write your own receipt...they dont check anyway

 L.M.A.O R.O.F.L P.M.S.L PC! I knew it was only a matter of time before you used that abbreviation. 3 Wheel Swarm Down Under? Ok, we can go with that but we're putting your name to it!
Seeing as PC has bought it to my attention how close this project is to fruition maybe now is a good time to discuss the title before we release it. I want all trikers equally involved in this DVD so im open to all suggestions on the title also.

Sound great guys, if anyones got any footage, you can send it to po box 189 new lambton nsw 2305. If you have any parts that you think are great (or completely stupid) it would help if you write down either the timecode, roughly were it is on the tape/dvd or a brief description.
Photos would also be great.
PS doesn't matter how rough the footage is, i can always grab little bits here and there.

Welcome Stuey. Glad to see you on here mate and i'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for being involved in this project. Your vids are by far the best on YouTube and your work is outstanding, this DVD wouldnt be half of what it will be without your involvement.

Just put about 30 minutes of trike & quad riding on a disc and got it ready to send in the mail to stewy  .
Been thinking about the title 3wheel thunder down under "The DVD" it sounds ok but if we make it to the Big Screen we might have to drop the "The DVD" bit because I don't think it would look real good in bright lights outside the cinema .
Red Carpet night could be fun maybe Ash could bring the Busa along to test out the quality of the carpet .........

Looking forward to that footage hondagrant. Would also be great to get some names of riders, make, model of trikes etc.. for the credits (also to help with our speech at the Oscar 's so we know not only to thank God but also the riders ).
