Time to douse the flame war fellas. Play nice - and just prove yourselves on the track when you get out there eventually.
Don't want to shut down the thread, but will if I keep getting PM's to Admin about various members. _________________ Patrick Jackson

With my college education i can sort this out ( actually i was lucky to finish primary school my parents are so proud ha ha ) I am riding the Open Class at TP and my team mate Aaron Ovens is riding his 450 in the pro class that way i don't have to be beaten by him, i must say Mick did run this by me and it didn't really bother me but i can see some points, i can under stand that some people want to ride the pro class that now cant but no point calling people names on here and making a (sausage) of your self, my personal goal is outright results anyway, oh yeah and Mick im not impressed with the Lemans start my whole idea of riding less was to cut back on fitness not do more maybe you should think about that young fella.

| Im going to Thump pump this year and this will be my first race of this kind. Ive only done one mxer at Mt Gambier last year. I cant wait to be in the same event as some of our top riders and think its a great to see a series like this taking off. The more events we can get has got to help the development of this sport we all love. Keep up the good work Mick im sure everone is looking forward to getting to Pinnaroo. Think we all need to embrace these events not pick holes in them, after all we just want to ride and have fun doing it, if it 450 , 505 , 525 , 700 or 800 its all good |

Thanks for your support everyone.
Now let's get back to the important stuff....catering!
All is confirmed and I should have a rough list of what will be on the menu some time early next week. Meals will be available from dinner Friday until lunch on Sunday.
Keep those entries coming guy's and girls.

You guys are "profanity removed" hilarious!
admin don't you realise this sandbox silliness is promoting Thumb Pump and Can am more than a tame little thread where everyone is nice and cuddly.
Discussions are needed and anyone serious about this sport will sift the silliness from the core and gain benefit from it. Anyone who ignores the core and gets their knickers in a twist because that person does not like to ride the bike i like - is pathetic (that includes complainers to the admin). The pro class is a good idea. Perhaps a gumby or play class may be explored for people out to enjoy the party and experience. If there is no party atmosphere and a tit for tat attitude then normal people may as well stay home and let the knicker twisters prove their lollies are the biggest.
The pro 450 class eliminates the ktm and polaris IRS owners - why some may ask - cause there is no IRS 450! And whist I am not near the pro league of Australia - quite honestly I have a 525 IRS cause i'm getting to old for sand box wars and like to feel good the next day however the 450 classing does eliminate some of the pro class it is just a possible improvement to your classing Mick - to open the pro class to all that think they are it.
Why do you want to follow the USA? Are you not proud to be Australian? I think being Australian gives us the right and responsiblity of catering to our lifestyles and being able to stand away from the sheep who follow things just because they are. _________________ Family is most important.... next is our quads |

Got some really important news on the Thumb Pump 300.........
Friday night will be casseroles
Saturday and Sunday breakfast will be egg and bacon sandwiches
Saturday and Sunday lunch will be steak sandwiches
Saturday dinner will be chicken steaks with salads and bread rolls
Mmmmm, country cooking!
So don't bring food with you please, unless you cannot eat this stuff. We want to support the locals who are doing the catering so they will do it again next year.
Hope that is OK with everyone........Husky?

Ok kids, here is something to get you talking.
http://www.47industries.com/storage/rzrhotlap.wmv
The track is quite tight in some spots, but will open up as the event goes on, however I would recommend hand guards as knuckle insurance. Also, it is quite soft sand in a lot of the tight stuff, so ground clearance will be a hot topic by the end of the sighting lap. The water crossing.....in the desert......well you will have to wait and see on that one.

Looks like it's going to be another fantastic Thumb Pump event. If you didn't go last year it was awesome and I highly recommend it, Mick and Tiff did a fantastic job and I'm sure this one will be better agin. See you there.
Thanks for the video Mick.
Thanks for not letting Dave break the bike though it would seem it was me that tried to sabotage him for the weekend, thanks also for the socks!!! _________________ I'll give it a crack!
