There are a couple of thinks to keep in mind:
1) You cannot bring fruit or veg into SA, so leave it home.
2) Entries need to be at 47ind head office by last mail this Friday or you will get a $50 late fee charge.
3) Late entries need to be faxed to 47ind and money taken to the event as organisers will be at the track from early next week for setup.

Thanks mate.
Looks like it is going to be quite a bit bigger than last year, and last year was 68 riders.
Not many juniors in yet though (6 I think), but the class will happen.
All classes will be running.
Looks like there may even be a hot shower, for a gold coin donation to the local footy club. I love country towns!

In case anyone is worrying about it, enviromats for fueling are not compulsory at this stage for anything below national events. They are encouraged but are not essential at the Thumb Pump 300.

Here is a short video file of the water crossing at the Thumb Pump 300 track. I would recommend a fresh set of at least 20" rear tyres for the event if you can. These will give you enough ground clearance for the sand, hopefully puncture resistance and traction in the water crossing. This rider had worn tyres and struggled getting decent forward momentum. Suppliers all over the country are running out of larger tyres this week because of this event, so get in quick.
Give Shane at Hardiman ATV (www.hardimanatv.com.au) or Andy at Austraco (www.austraco.com) a try. They are both sponsoring the event so please support them.

See you all on Friday.

hey guys

don't forget, in XC or offroad racing you are not allowed tear offs for goggles.

either no tear offs or roll offs allowed.
