My opinion is that same as for last years hattah, if the really wanted us then we'd get to race on the main track, clearly they don't want our quad rider dollar in their entries. For once I'm with Husky, support the guys who are actually making an effort to run events for us like 47 Ind Thumb Pumps or that want to let quads into established events like Condo and Finke.

hattah, while it has a sort of biggish name on the calender, is it realy worth it ? they dont want us there, I suppose i would like to think they could be worried that quads will over take it, I dont know, I'm usually wrong regardless. But with Finke, Kamfari and now the safari, is hattah going to be such a loss ? And yeah I'm just trailrider and know stuuf all about racing events, but let them have hattah, but still lets make sure the organisers get to TP and see how quads do it.

From a message I got today I think ive stirred up a bit of a hornets nest in the Hattah/North west Motor cycle club. They seemed to take notice after my blunt and abrubt phone calls to comittee members and the good turn out at TP300. From what I can gather there looking at us seriously for next year! Will keep everyone posted

Good on ya. The sport of quads isn't getting smaller and the sooner they realise that the better off we will all be. Hopefully if the let the quads in they will get a good turnout. If its next year I'm in for sure.

The Hattah enduro has lost its main sponsor Honda, taking with it $10,000,
I will hit em up to let quads run on sat on a shortened main track while the juniors are on the prologue track, hopefully the need the money, then all we have to do is put on a good show and big turnout of quads, Will keep all informed as per usuall

Agree with Smitty, you'll get more quad interest in a real race, not a shortened demo type race.
'They' have to take a punt on quad riders too.
They need to gamble on it's success and give it a big go.
Then if it falls, they did their bit, and they can blame quads for not entering.
So it needs the same full promotion as 2 wheelers before they say it doesn't work.
Maybe more energy just like anything new.
You're doing a great job by just getting listend too, so please take that only as my 2 cents

I would love to run all of the main track but some of it a quad just wont fit through! You could still get a 30k loop though

Hey clarkie if youre talking about the last treed section about 25 to 30kms thats the best riding in hattah. well just send some can am's to brush some trees to the side. In my experience the two wheelers will whinge about the trenches we will dig in the corners . I like them sorta like a mini berms. I know its a long day but run 2 wheelers from 9am to 12.30 and quads from 1 to 4 same track .

Pete & I could take a RZR as a offical vehicle to check the track for safty or just get fire wood.
One lap - job done.
Any quad will get around then.
