Some friends of mine tried to do this at Somersby a few years back. They already had the track built, which was on there own property. They had an enviromental impact study done, as per requested by Gosford Council, attended numerous meetings, gave a huge amount of money to Gosford Council (fees, DA's, legals, etc). After three years of trying to get this approved, in & out of court with the council. It was declined. They then had to bull dose the lot and revegetate the whole area where the track was, more $. After all this Gosford Council then were looking at puting in there own track just about directly across the other side of the freeway from them. Anyhow good luck with this, it would be good to have somewhere to ride. This area would be open to having Quads riding there? Also , will it be just a riding area or a club race track?
