engine is apart an getting blasted more parts are on there way so looking better each day. still cant find the original 78 model tank decal so if anyone knows where i can get 1 it be great.

Did you try Harlan Lysne for the decal, if anyone will have it it will be him he's the king of ATC repro decals.

i tryed i got a couple or decals off him but he doesnt have the tank decals for the 78. i got a photo to get it air brushed on but i would like the original one.

Contact this guy on ebay, I've got decals off him and the quality is heaps better than anything i've seen before. I'm sure he could make what your after if he dosen't already have it.

couple more photos. 88 kit getting fitted should be done tomorrow still had to put the decals on then just have to buy exhaust and front tyre.

got the engine back the guy said its a 92 kit not a 88 so even better!! all she needs know is a new seat, rear bar an exhaust.. if the dragon lets me i goin 2 get a set of dougles rims. i got the decals for the tank but dont know weather 2 put them on cause the tank came up so good.

This is what happens when you take a week off, I only wanted one as a restore project, and an occasional rider for Tal and ended up with three more. Still yet to decide whether Im gonna keep em all, the longer they sit there the more attatched i get.

There just 8inch douglas rims not sure if there real beadlocker, but there's a guy in the states on another forum that apparently makes them(the rings) in that style, and you just get them welded on. Havent seen them not sure of quality, and have no idea on price. lol.

i only have 1 that is close to being finished but couldnt bring myself to sell any of the others.

bakerraptor that is looking great! i wish i had the time/money/skills to do that sort of resto work.

cheers buddy i really happy the way shes turning out getting new seat next week as the 1 in the pic looks "profanity removed". shes been on the hold as i buying a house but wont be long till i have her up stocko for a run.
