Here's some before & after photos of my 1974 K1 Atc70 that I just finished restoring. The 'Before' photos were taken in July 2008. The finished photos were taken a few weeks ago.

A couple of you may remember a year ago I did a thread about my restored 74' model Atc90?
http://www.ozatv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=46749#46749

Well I finished the 90 a year ago & then started on the 70. Now the 70's done now & don't know whats next.....

Ive had this bike my whole life. Dad bought it for us kids in 1983. That's me in the first couple of photos as a kid, Sitting on it & in the bucket on the front with my Grandfather. Those photo's were taken in 1983.

Also here is a video I made from one of our old movies;

We hadnt taken it for a decent ride since 2005. As you can see from the photos, It was getting deteriorated in the past few years. It made me sad Sad.... So i decided to restore it.

Since I started restoring the bike Ive been posting my progress on the Glamis Dunes forum. Ive got heaps of photos on there & every step of the restoration;

'ausatc70' from 3ww posted on my Glamis Dunes thread, which reminded me i probly should post the completed photos on there & on here too.

So here you go.

Thanks mate!

Yea I knew I wanted to take heaps of before pictures. Because when I restored the 90, I forgot to take ANY photos at all! I was so excited about restoring my first bike, that I stripped it down..... Then realised.... Hmm I probly should of taken some photo's of it... I was pretty annoyed about that. But in the end the 90 turned out good too.

But with the 70, I definitely didnt want to make that same mistake again. I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it, after just finishing the 90. So I took heaps of Before photos.

Cheers!
