yeah i said that too last year and i didnt do any training
ride more ,thats the best way to get fit and do the qrsa enduros iron man 3hrs thats all i did

Jono, pretty sure any class of bikes is limited to 100 entries, and the total bike entries is limited to 400-500. It's a first in best dressed basis.
I'm planning on entering for the first time in 2010.
