As the title says VIC had its annual Pony round up, Over 300 cars on display. iv decided 2 have my mid life crisis early & am doing a bit of research & window shopping, it was a great day & very well structured event..... i think the highlight of the day was @ noon when all the cars fired up @ the same time....was quite a sound !!!!! thought id post up a few pix. i took heaps so ill just put up the greatest hits....enjoy Wink

[img] a very nice 70 boss 302

[/img] a mint 69 boss 302

[img]this 67 fastback was a resto mod that was off tap, this thing whistled with its dirty big charger!!

[/img]this 66 fastback resto mod had an exhaust u just couldnt not notice

[img]this caught my eye a mile away ...a genuine 67 Shelby GT500,i was gob smacked.... i doubted it until i saw the marti report & full import papers, this car hadnt been restored & was incredible

[/img] a genuine 67 Shelby GT350, never thought id ever c 1 in the flesh

[img]A modern day 09 "GT500 Super Snake"

[/img]A modern day Shelby GT500 "Eleanor"

Now i just about started shaking when i saw my dream car in the flesh 67 Shelby GT500 "Eleanor" Super Snake...people were swarming around this car all day & i couldnt get a full bodied shot....& i just about shat myself when they fired up the supercharged 427BB & i tell ya u could of heard this thing from a mile away, even as it idled....it shaked around & was just sur-real 2 experience
[img]

[/img]ud think a supercharged 427BB would b enough right? nope throw in a bottle of NOS with the shopping...
