Do you like it fast,do you want to race for 3 hours plus a sighting lap, then be at QRASA Cowangie Enduro 15/11/09. Yesterday we started laying out the enduro loop and this track should suit everyone from the most experienced Finke riders to the inexperienced enduro rider,I doubt anyone will get stuck on this track.
I recommend everybody carry a full camelback and fit a dust light for this event, dust lights will probably be compulsary next year so try to fit one now.
On some parts of the property there is Telstra mobile phone reception, phones and 2way radios may be carried by any competitor for the sole purpose of reporting a injury only.
I am looking for the following volunteers.
Experienced riders to help with track marking starting early Saturday morning, Dave Newman will be leading the track marking team and Dave 'Noodles' has already started plotting the track via gps. TRACK MARKING IS NOT A SOCIAL RIDE.
I need a scruitineer for Saturday and Sunday and a timekeeper for Sundays race.
Please advise if you can help.
Sign on and scruitineering Sat 3.30-5.00
Sun 7.00-8.30
Riders brief Sun 9.15
Sighting lap Sun 9.30
Racing starts Sun 10.30
I need to know by Fri night if anyone competing in this race is sharing a quad for this enduro.
Cost of enduro will be $60 per rider plus event licence if required.
Please note there is no facilities at this property and the closest town is probably 40k's away.Camping is available at the property Fri and Sat night. I believe this will be a enduro that nobody will forget in a hurry.

Pretty sure I heard that the cool change is coming through on Saturday night, so should be ideal weather for the race. Nice timing Rosey!
