Well the quad guys got late notice to fill a spot at gillman for last night ,and they turned up in droves ,even the juniors 200cc /350cc Got to show there stuff for the first time on the large track in front of a crowd.

the only one to dominate the night was Mel Brandle winning all of his races the last race he got lucky not to spin out.

second was Dan Jarvis after avoiding mels spin was able to close the gap but ran out of laps.

thrird was DR.Z (James Kolecki) he was battling out second place with Dan when they both had to back off dew to mels near spin put DR.Z back to four place making it hard but he was able to get back to third.

Race of the night went to Troy Ellis after being third was able to fight back to take the win on his trusty BANSHEE , he took the last lap flat out and took the third corner wide which let him drag race to the finish line and took the win by only a meter. awsome stuff.

close and tidy racing all giving each other plenty of room. over 4 races three different winners , with Levi winning one race kristen winning two and Aidean winnig one, giving kristen the first win on the new large track.

well done to Mark baker he puts alot of time in to speedway and its paying off.

There is a practice day next saturday 6th Feb for anyone wanting to give it a go. starts 3pm ( I think )

Thanks dom. Once again thanks to all the riders for geting it together with short notice. what a spectacle the quads have become at speedway, putting on some of the best racing seen. The state titles on 27th Feb will be somthing to book in your calender ,whether you ride or spectate it will be outstanding with the quality of riders we now have. see ya there.

Mark , there will be atleast 3 of us VIC s/way guys attending the practice meet on saturday arvo .
Not sure how me & nath will go for the SA title now that the date has been changed but there is always next year.
Our next meet here is Karts & Quads on Saturday 13/2/2010 & i will be looking for quads if anyone is intrested in travelling this way, if so PM me or let mark know.
