$44.40 for a bloody kilo of flathead, are you freakin kidding me. cheaper to buy bloody crayfish.

That does seem a bit rich.
Guess you won't feel better if I tell you catch them and mud-crabs when we go quadding up here. Suppose it would be better if I don't tell you that.  A 1/2 hour from home.. Hand lines under the seat. Crab-pots on the racks. Maybe it's a Queensland thing........

flathead are my favourite fish to catch and eat i just love to fish for them Coral trout rock cod golden trevally and spanish mackeral are a regular cach up here
