The 2nd gear dog let go which snapped a gear on fourth and broke the outer casing. The engine has the stock yamaha raptor carbs, jetted to suit the motor. The engine has a hi-comp piston kit, high lift cams, ported and polished head, titanium valve springs and retainers. All work was done by phil tomlin racing in Cowra NSW (ph 02 6342 6450). I'm sure if you gave him a call and gave him my name (Murray Hall) he could fill you in on what was done. I don't have any reciepts as I purchased the bike with the work already done.
The parts list which was done up by the local dealer listed the following parts;
2nd and fourth driven gear
LH shift fork
Clutch basket and gear
primary gear
Water pump gear
clutch cover
Oring for alt cover
Alt cover gasket
RH cover gasket
Head gasket
Base gasket
Start Clutch.
Looking for $700 as is. Would be good for a project or take all the good bits off and fit them up to your own Raptor.
Can send pics and copy of Dealer workshop qoute.
It has been taking up room in my shed and I want it gone.
