When did you last check under your stator cover exactly?

Think you've got a squeaky clean ATC?
Have a look at what I found when I popped the side case after a few years.
The result of many kms in the dirt, sand, mud & rain.
I stopped washing my trike at car lovers to try and avoid something like this happening.........my thinking was that the pressure would force water and dirt into places you don't want it..........but I guess the old garden hose and sponge dose exactly the same damage.

Check out the dirt and rocks in the case.^

Yeah it does, Im going to drown it in silcone when I put it back together.
My Brother bored a hole in the top and bottom of his cover so to let the water and crap out at the bottom and be able to spray WD in the top.I don't know how effective it is, I'll have to see what his is like inside..........come to think of it it should be pretty clean considering the amount of riding he's done of late...lol.............I think he's blown it up about 6 times in the last 6months. lol.

Drain hole at the bottom would be ok but you would need to plug any hole at the top with a rubber grommet or something.
Blown up 6 times what is he doing for that to happen there has to be a reason.

I JUST RIDE HARDER THAN ALL YOU PUSSY'S!!!!!

AS for the holes, they are rubber grometed and it works well when i remember to use it. Fill your harness hole with silastic and put a cable tie around it. Silastic around the gromet the harness passes through as well.
