300kms is pretty far... we have an event in WA called the Hyden Ironman which is 300kms + 1 recon lap.
10 laps each 30kms
recon lap sat morning... then start at 12
3 laps then about 30min break
another 3 laps
then on sunday the final 4 laps {the refuelling is like V8 supercars)
total 300kms
Finishes around lunchtime to allow everyone the 4-5 hour drive home.
This is a non MA event, but run very well 16th 17th Aug TBC
approx 55 people raced last year.
Mick your event sounds fantastic, but unfortunately we cant make it.

Hey bullet, I planned it to look pretty mean, hopefully people will let me pass when they see a big redneck grizzly trying to race them! it's the only way to get passed anyone!
Pete your just crazy towing a caravan! with a race Bike! HA HA HA
I might be able to strap bullet to my racks once I run over his little TRX90.

I'd be more worried about the bike not making the distance rather than my arm

I hear a rumour that Andy from Austraco will be running in the 4x4 class in the TP300, but possibly on something other than his 700 Grizzly??????
