Vets 40+ is a new class in the TP300, it is an ironman class (solo not teams) and races alongside the other individual classes and the teams.

Hi Everyone,

I have been in contact with Danny from the Grainhouse in regard to the catering. He will be serving from Friday morning. Breakfast will be available that day.

Meals will be served at the following approximate times
Breakfast - 7am
Lunch - All Day
Dinner - %pm

In regard to entries, I am in the process of reconciling them at the moment and getting in contact with anyone that I have queries with. I will see what I can do with posting more details when I get a chance.

See you next weekend.

Tiff@47

Fortunately I'm unable to race this and I've been told to stay out of the kitchen.

I've got a feeling the teams will be the most competitive class this year, doesn't sound like many of the top pro's are riding ironman at all besides Troy Sheridan.

Any entry lists for the classes yet?

We all missed you Smitthy!
I think this how it went ;;;;; someone might be able to fill the gaps.
Open, outright & fastest lap; Troy Sheridan - awesome effort again
Teams, 1st Cam Wade & Ray Cole, 2nd Jono & Liam Glover
Drags, 1st Adam Larson, 2nd Ray Cole, 3rd Cam Wade
Drags unlimited, Clinton Sheridan - Hayabusa powered DS650!
Vets, 1st, Rick Beer
HighBeam, 1st, Clinton Sheridan, 2nd Pete Wilhelms
I think Cam & Ray may have fastest overall, if so its the first time teams have bettered Ironman but rightly so, teams don't qualify for outright.
Junior 300, Kel Robinson
Junior 125 Aido Robinson
Top weekend, no major accidents, Harry VanVliet DNF with a mechanical and seems to have a thing with TP300, Adam broke a steering stem.
Oh, best bit of amusement =Yogie won the mountain bike raffle!
