Dirt Karts & Quads will be having there next race meeting on the 14th/15th May (2 weeks) . This will be a FRIDAY & SATURDAY nite event.
IS THERE ANYONE OUT OF TOWN INTRESTED IN COMING OVER FOR THIS EVENT ??????
just asking so i know what sort of format for racing we need to come up with ......

The Dates are in, we can run 10 quads at a time on BIKE nights (2 rows of 5) and as many as we want on KART Nights (in rows of max 5 wide), if theres more than 10 on a kart night they will be split in 2 groups ( A + B Grade) to make it more even, Heats will be Minimum 6 laps so there is enough time to work through the field. Nominations need to be in 2 weeks before event for program printing time or you start Rear of Field
Sat 3/10- Karts and Quads
Sat 7/11- Speedway shakedown(solos, sidecars and Quads)
Sat 21/11- Classic Speedway (Opening Meeting)Solos, sidecars and Quads)
Sun 6/12- Speedway (Solos, sidecars and Quads)
Sat 12/12- Karts and Arena Cross (Double Header) Quad speedway only
2010
Sat 9/1-Karts and Quads Teams Challenge
SAT 16/1- AUST UNDER 21 SOLO TITLE- Best 10 Quads ONLY (sorry)- Need a good Show to promote our sport
Sat 23/1- Mildura Solo Masters and sidecar teams, (quads)
Sat 13/2- Karts and Quads
Sat 20/2- Sidecar shootout and Quad Teams, (SA v Mildura)
Sat 27/2- VIC SIDECAR TITLE and Quads ( Best 10 again)
Sat 6/3- Sidecar Spectacular and Quads
Sat 20/3- Karts and Quads
Sat 24/4- Karts and Quads
Sat 15/5- Karts and Quads
Sat 27/6- Karts and Quads

Will confirm entry fees etc and post as soon as I get a 100% confirmation,
Kart nights are $35 and you have to be a Mildura Motorcycle Club Member and one event licences are avalible.

Last night was run and won, congratukations to all who entered,
1st - Troy Mills LTR450
2nd - Nathan Mills LTR450
3rd - Lachlan Mannis YFZ4?? ( stroked)
6 new bikes in the field and 3 new riders aswell, good to see Lachlan back on the bike after his massive chin splitting, knock ya self out, end for end crash at 09 TP300, great night was had with clean close racing and no incidents

oh wow my old ltr takes 2nd hmm not bad for a stock ltr with muffler and filter hey well done nathan only beaten by another ltr that has big bore kit in it hahaha |

We do 6 laps and feature depends on time, last year we did an 8 lapper with handicap start

Nominations for 6/12/09. event will be ran as 5 heats .. 2 rows of 5 quads ( handicap races) nothin to serious, this should make for good viewing & good track time for us.
There is also some Adelaide riders attending which is great to see.
