Well its been a long project but its finally together.
My dad and I got this trike around 20 years ago, we rode it on the beach a few times and it was fast but deparately needed a rebuild so we pulled it apart... where it then sat until recently.
Two weekends ago a few of us got together and finally put the old girl back together, she is a bit rough at the moment but its going to be a really good trike.
The specs are as follows:
Frame: Hand made aluminium ATC70, lengthened for those taller riders
engine: Honda 110 bored and stroked to 180cc, hi-low range removed, extra engine breather, external oil feed to top end, high performance cam, manual clutch
brakes: hydraulic rear disc brake - hand operated
axle and carrier: 90 trike
weight: very light (maybe 55kg?? down from stock 75kg)
horsepower: approx 16hp

It still needs a good tune, it was missfiring like crazy when we took it to the beach after the frantic assembly on what was a fairly hot day.

well done looks great, cant wait to get em over the beach camping, summers looking good, oh is all that weight saving in the alloy frame, or have you filled the tyres with helium Stu
