Just read this on DBW - Posted by Derek R
There has been some major changes to the venues for Rd2 and Rd3 of the "2006 Australian Supermoto Championships". Due to some unrealistic requirements placed upon the promotor (Mark Avard) by the circuit owners it is totally unviable to "race" at Oran Park or Eastern Creek. After some discussions with myself,Mark Avard, M.A.s brian Payne and the dirt track commissioners Rounds 2 & 3 will now be held at Cameron Park Go-kart raceway (Newcastle)on the same weekend and will now (after talking to M.A.) include quads. Both days will host one 10 minute qualifying session and three 6 lap races and racing will be in a "clockwise" direction which is opposite to karts. The quad classes are being sponsored by those good guys at Polaris |
